Azure Adventures: Community Highlights
Episode 3
It has been a busy few weeks doing all things community and work. I finally got some time to write this. Thank you, as always, for taking the time to read it.
The Microsoft Global Hackathon took place a few weeks ago, and I would like to take the time to recognize all the amazing innovations and projects that came from it. It was created by Microsoft Garage. If you get a chance to take part in it, I highly recommend doing so if you have the time. To see all the amazing projects, see below:

Scottish Summit
This year, Scottish Summit is taking place on October 18th & 19th at P&J Live, Aberdeen, and I will be attending. I am delighted to be selected as one of the finalists for the community award ceremony. Sign up below to join: Scottish Summit
I am delighted to be selected to help in the Microsoft AI Tour in Paris on October 22nd, where I will be conducting a workshop. It will be my second time heading to Paris, so it should be an amazing event.
Github Universe
This year, GitHub Universe will be in San Francisco. For those who get a chance to go, it is an event not to miss.
Microsoft Azure Community User Group - The group will be hosting another in-person event in October. I am hosting a community event in Dublin, Ireland, and if you missed the registration, you can watch it remotely here. Click to watch it remotely

KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025
The call for speakers for next year's KubeCon is open, and it will be held in London. I have never been to these events before, but I am looking forward to submitting a session for it and hopefully getting accepted. KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe
DevEx Connect is a community-driven organization focused on DevOps, SRE, Cloud, and Platform Engineering. It aims to connect local communities globally. Over the next year, it plans to launch conferences in Manchester, London, San Francisco, and Sydney, and a Cloud Roadshow across various UK cities.
