Azure AI Foundry Update

Azure AI Foundry (August 2025) adds GPT-5 models, Sora image-to-video, Mistral Document AI (OCR), new FLUX and gpt-oss models, and VibeVoice TTS (coming soon). Browser Automation Tool is in public preview. Responses API is now GA. SDKs and docs are updated. More regions are supported too
